Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs Customer's and Authorized Users' use of the StickRate platform and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

The Service is designed for enterprise revenue teams to track and analyze customer commitment signals in connection with legitimate B2B sales and customer success activities. Permitted uses include:

• Uploading and analyzing deal data, CRM exports, and customer engagement signals.
• Generating commitment intelligence reports for internal business purposes.
• Integrating with authorized third-party platforms via supported APIs.
• Exporting data for use in internal reporting, forecasting, and management tools.

The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activity: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including privacy laws, export controls, and anti-bribery statutes.
• Harmful content: Uploading or transmitting content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Security attacks: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated network; circumventing authentication or security controls.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service.
• Automated scraping: Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from the Service at a rate that materially degrades performance for other users.
• Competitive intelligence: Using the Service, its outputs, or StickRate Confidential Information to build a competing product or service.
• Unauthorized data sharing: Sharing access credentials or making the Service available to any person or entity not authorized as an Authorized User under the applicable Order Form.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating StickRate employees, other customers, or any person or entity in communications through or about the Service.
• Exceeding license limits: Accessing the Service beyond the scope of the licenses granted in the applicable agreement or Order Form.
• AI model extraction: Attempting to extract, reconstruct, or derive the weights, parameters, or training data of any model used by the Service.
• Malicious code: Uploading, transmitting, or storing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.
• Output misrepresentation: Representing AI-generated content from the Service as human-generated where doing so would violate applicable law.

Customer is responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded to the Service has been obtained lawfully and that Customer has all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use such data in connection with the Service.

Customer must not upload personal data of individuals who have not consented to such processing, unless a lawful basis other than consent applies and Customer has documented that basis. Customer must not upload Sensitive Data (as defined in the Terms of Service) to the Service unless expressly permitted under a separate written agreement with StickRate.

Customer is responsible for ensuring it has all necessary rights and authorizations to connect third-party systems to the Service and to share data from those systems with StickRate. If Customer connects AI agents, assistants, or other automated tools to the Service via the MCP server or API, Customer is responsible for how those tools store, process, and share data received from the Service.

To report suspected AUP violations, including unauthorized access to the Service or misuse by a third party, contact us at security@stickrate.io.

StickRate reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If StickRate determines that a violation has occurred, StickRate may:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Service for the offending Authorized User or Customer account.
• Remove or disable access to offending content or data.
• Report the violation to law enforcement if required by law or warranted by the severity of the violation.

StickRate will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice before suspending access unless immediate action is necessary to protect the security of the Service or other customers.

StickRate may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted at stickrate.io/legal/aup and will be effective immediately upon posting during the Early Access beta period. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
